Return or exchange it free (no return shipping or handling fees) within 10 days of receiving your product. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Here's how to return or exchange your item(s)
01. Contact support@aviseorganics to initiate your return. Place the completed form with your item(s) in the original Avise Organics packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box.
02. Receive and print your FREE USPS return label, and attach it securely to the package.
03. Seal up the box and drop it off anywhere in the U.S. mail!
Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us, you can track your return. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received.
